The new preliminary construction start date for the Elk Vale Road Project is May 29th. The road will be closed to all traffic until the completion of the project, which is anticipated to be in August 2018. Landowners and local traffic should retain access. The project is a total re-grade of Elk Vale Road from Elk Creek Road down to the Pennington County Line (a total of six miles), and it will have an interim blotter surface until paving, which is anticipated to commence May 2019.
