Meade County Equalization and Planning Office would like to remind all ag landowners to visit with the office in person, or at 605-347-3818, to review the need for new ag adjustments due to SDCL 10-6-131.
There is also an Agland Adjustment Form available at meadecounty.org, Equalization & Planning Office, Forms and Documents tab. This is intended to be for specific issues on parcels that the Equalization Office can review with in-house tools and landowner documentation. On the occasion that a property visit is necessary, that will be accommodated. Due to the assessment cycle, all potential adjustments will need to be reviewed soon.
