WHEREAS, Meade County is the legal owner of the below described property, and

WHEREAS, the Meade County Board of County Commissioners have declared the below described property as surplus pursuant to SDCL 6-13 and declared the same subject to sale at auction at the location of the property, except as described below with such auction taking place May 10, 2016 at 10:30 am, at the County Fair Building near Sturgis High School, 1 mile east of Sturgis SD on Hwy 34.
